THE RETHINK GROUP RETURN POLICIES

 

 

All purchases are final.

 

Returns are only accepted for defective physical products and must be received by reThink within 30 days of customer's receipt

 

Posters are not eligible for return.

 

Please request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for all defective items being returned.

 

A 20% restocking fee will be charged to any items returned to inventory.

 

Downloadable products are not eligible for return with the exception of curriculum purchases in compliance with the following process. Cancellations are accepted within 60 days of purchase or renewal with the following fees imposed: 1) $50.00 cancellation fee 2) $200.00 for each month's curriculum that was accessible via the Dashboard. Only one cancellation per curriculum license is allowed per organization. The total refund due will equal the original license fee payment, less the $50 cancellation fee and any applicable access charges.
